Shipping policy

Our products are made to order. After placing your order, please allow 14–18 days until shipping.

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the estimated shipping date.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at studio@deprato.de

TAXES & DUTIES

Orders shipped to the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and import fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country, and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from De Prato, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

PROCESSING & CANCELLATION

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order, as long as your shipping label has not been made. After that, production of your piece begins and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Once you have received your order, you may still return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit or exchange, as described in our Refund Policy.

US SHIPPING

US shipping is handled via UPS. Additional costs may apply. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all Import Fees.

SHIPPING TO BRAZIL

Each piece travels to you from our Paris atelier. Brazilian customs applies import duties and taxes on arrival, usually around 90 to 100% of the order value. These are not included in our prices and are settled by you with the carrier before delivery.

To clear customs, we need your CPF number. Please add it to the order note at checkout.

ENVIO PARA O BRASIL

Cada peça viaja até você a partir do nosso ateliê em Paris. A alfândega brasileira cobra impostos de importação na chegada, geralmente entre 90 e 100% do valor do pedido. Esses valores não estão incluídos em nossos preços e são pagos por você à transportadora antes da entrega.

Para a liberação alfandegária, precisamos do seu CPF. Por favor, informe-o na observação do pedido ao finalizar a compra.
