Return and Exchanges: 

After purchasing an item, you have the option to return it within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind or if the item does not meet your expectations.

To initiate a return, please contact us first.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels, and a tracking number must be provided.

Once your return has been received and approved, you may choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

As an independent brand working with a made-to-order model, we recommend opting for store credit or an exchange to ensure the best possible fit.

We encourage you to contact us prior to purchase for sizing guidance — we are happy to assist you.

Eligibility: Items must be returned in the same condition you received them — unworn or unused, with original tags, and in original packaging. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
